What owners ask us.
Will my power bill go up?
No. The chargers get their own new meter, and we pay that bill.
Who pays for the transformer and utility work?
We do. We set up and pay for the new electric service the chargers use.
How many spots do you need?
Usually 4 to 8. Accessibility rules may call for one wider spot. We show you the layout before you sign.
Who fixes the chargers?
We do, around the clock. You never take a repair call.
How long until it opens?
About 4 to 9 months after signing. The utility is usually the slow part.
How long is the agreement?
10 years, with renewal options.
What happens at the end?
We remove the equipment and restore your spots, at our cost.
Will my property taxes go up?
If the chargers raise your property taxes, we pay the increase.
Can I still sell or refinance?
Yes. The agreement transfers to the new owner, and we’ll work with your lender.
What if Ridgemont goes away?
Each site is its own project company, so your agreement and payments carry on even if ownership changes.
Tell us where. We'll tell you if it works.
An owner of the company replies within one business day.
